We provide digital graphics, assets, and subscription packs for creative projects. All content is yours to use, but cannot be resold or redistributed without permission.

2. Subscriptions & Downloads

• Access a set number of packs each month depending on your plan.

• Payments are processed according to your subscription.

• Cancellations and refunds are handled individually.

3. Refund Policy

• Our products are digital. We generally do not offer refunds once files are downloaded or accessed.

• Exceptions: Refunds may be issued within 48 hours of purchase if files have not been downloaded or accessed.

• Duplicate purchases: Contact us within 7 days if you accidentally bought the same product twice; we’ll refund the extra payment.

• How to request: Email hello@colorpong.framer.mywebsite with your order number and confirmation of non-access.

4. Use Responsibly

You are responsible for how you use our assets. Colorpong is not liable for any issues arising from use of the site or content.
